I can't purchase DTF transfers, why?
In order to purchase DTF transfers, you must a part of our DTF licensing program found on our DTF tab (here) to gain access to our DTF transfer collection.
Can I get a transfer of a design featured on any products that you sale?
Only designs found in our DTF Collection are available as transfers.
Can I sale product made with DTF transfers?
Our license allows for commercial use of our transfers as long as you abide by our policy found here
What are the instructions to press DTF transfers?
REQUIRES HEAT PRESS, NO IRON. (HEAT PRESS NOT INCLUDED)
STEP 1 (Applying DTF Transfers to Garment)
Temperature: 300 Degrees Fahrenheit for Cotton, 285 Degrees Fahrenheit for Polyester
Time: 10 Seconds for Cotton, 8 Seconds for Polyester
Pressure: Max Pressure (8-9 Manual, 60PSI Automatic)
Peel: Hot Peel
STEP 2 (Parchment Paper)
Cover with parchment paper or Teflon (not included) and press for an additional 5 seconds.
Temperature: 300 Degrees Fahrenheit
Time: 5 Seconds
Pressure: Max Pressure (8-9 Manual, 60PSI Automatic)
Peel: Hot Peel
When will tracking be available?
Tracking will be emailed when item is shipped. Tracking will be available 1-2 weeks after purchase.
Can I have my package held after tracking has been issued?
Napp2reality does not hold packages after tracking has been released.
Where's My Tracking?
Tracking is sent through the email you submitted when creating your account during checkout. Please check your spam for an email from email@example.com because tracking is guaranteed to be sent 7-14 business days or as indicated in shipping/pre-order dates (ex. tote bags, backpacks, shower curtains, etc.). If an item states that it will take 2-3 weeks for shipping, weekends and holidays are excluded. Please allow a minimum of 30 business days for items that state 2-3 weeks. There are no refunds or exchanges for these items. If you have not received your tracking by email.
You have 24hr. after your order has been paid to cancel.
I have not received an estimated delivery date with on My Order, Why?
We at Napp2reality cannot give you an estimated delivery date with your order until your order is shipped.
I Realized My Address is wrong/My Package went to the wrong Address, What Should I do?
Please be sure to check your address before placing your order during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. In the event your order is shipped to the wrong address and/or is returned; you will have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email must include your first/last name, email address associated with your order and order number. You will be required to provide the correct shipping address and you will be charged a reshipping fee. Incorrect shipping information provided during order submission and checkout will result in delays to your order.
Napp2realty has made an Error on My Order, What should I do?
At Napp2reality, it is our focus to handle merchandise defects with excellence. Please contact us email@example.com and include pictures of the defective product. Your email must include your first/last name, email address associated with your order and order number. A Napp2reality representative will respond to your email in a timely manner with the appropriate resolution. I Don't Know What Size to Order, What Should I Do?
Napp2reality provides a Size Chart guide in the description of the item. We suggest that if you are not confident about your sizing for your order, please Google how to use a size chart for t-shirts on the web to aid you in your selections process. You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a change in size.
My Shirt does not Fit/I Ordered the Wrong Size and/or Color?
Please refer to our size chart for accurate measurements before making your clothing selection. Napp2reality wants to provide you with excellent artwork, service and quality apparel which is why the size chart has been provided. You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a change in size and/or color. Once your item is picked, pulled, and printed; the size and/or color cannot be changed. Clothing items cannot be exchanged or refunded for incorrect size due to customer error. To ensure you order the appropriate size for Fitted T-Shirts and Slim Fitted Tanks, These items are custom made per order and are non-cancelable, non-returnable & non-refundable.
