Allow 7-10 business days to create custom products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. You have 24hr. after your order has been paid to cancel. If an item states that it will take 2-3 weeks for shipping, weekends and holidays are excluded. Please allow a minimum of 30 business days for items that state 2-3 weeks. There are no refunds or exchanges for these items. Shipping delays will occur due to inclement weather, please allow for these delays with commonly used shipping carriers. No exchanges or refunds permitted except for damaged or defective items. Photo(s) of damaged or defective item must be sent to info@napp2reality.com. Napp2reality is responsible for the package until it reaches the buyer--until the tracking states “Delivered” or “Notice Left.” Once Item has been delivered, customer will assume all rights to retrieve their package. We do not hold shipment after tracking has been released. ALL SALES FINAL. Complaints about defective or damage items should be handled through email only and not through social media. Negativity on social media is an automatic band from the channels of social media provided by our company. .Napp2reality has the right to decline any orders for any reason. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept PayPal. Thank you for shopping with us. Any unclaimed or unshipped items after 30 days will not be refunded or any exchange will be made.

Customer Service Hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. M-Th CST.

We at Napp2reality want your shopping experience to be a great one on our website, however you may have some questions that may arise about your order you feel you need to email about. Your email will be answered according to the following as many of the common questions you have already been answered here or on the FAQ page. The Follow emails will be responded to by one of our customer service team:

1. Damaged or defective goods within 24 hours of receiving your package.

2. Wrong address

3. Size change within 24 hours

4. Tracking has not been received within 7 business days

5. Lost or stolen packages within 24 hrs of receiving tracking.

Please understand that we appreciate your business with us and we want to spend time making sure your experience is a great one and providing you with the creative design you love. Thank you.

Sizing and Color

​

After placing an order, you have 24 hours to change the sizing and the color of your item. Once your item is picked, pulled, and printed the size and color cannot be changed. Please refer to size chart for accurate measurements.

Refunds

​

All items are custom made to order and are non-cancelable, non-returnable & non-refundable. Our refund policy is all sales final on Apparel, Handbags, Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period with these items. We do not offer refunds for refusing merchandise once it has shipped.

Exchanges (if applicable)

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email with order number and photo of damaged item to info@napp2reality.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Process

​

When placing your order, it will begin processing.  Once your item is made & shipped you will receive a tracking number by the email you provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received your tracking please check your spam folder in the email you provided at the time of purchase because shipping will be sent to your email guaranteed. You will not be able to receive a tracking number before the allowed time of shipment. Please be sure to check your address before checking out for we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Incorrect shipping information will result in delays in your order. We take about 3-5 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.)

License

This license allows the use of Napp2reality DTF Transfers Prints purchased on this site, www.napp2reality.com,  for personal and commercial use. Reproduction, photocopies, and alterations of this artwork are prohibited. Members must pay a monthly fee to actively use the license to use Napp2reality DTF Transfer Prints. Any purchase of Napp2reality DTF Transfer Prints made without license will be cancelled and refunded for the purchased amount. Any unlawful use of Napp2reality DTF transfer Prints will result in termination of license and fine up to $10,000. This license is only for artwork found in our DTF section on www.napp2reality.com and only applies to the design for sale under the dtf tab or link. In no event may a member remove any copyright or intellectual property notice, proprietary legend, trademark, or service mark from any materials. Napp2reality may require an appropriate legal notice or legend, as required by law, or established by Napp2reality, to be placed on all products, packaging, and promotional materials. Members agree that any use of the trademarks included in the Napp2reality DTF Transfer Prints must comply with all quality control standards and usage guidelines established by Napp2reality. This agreement is only for the Napp2reality DTF Transfer Prints. WE DO NOT SALE DIGITAL FILES OF ANY ARTWORK DESIGNS from Napp2reality. Napp2reality owns the trademarks & copyrights of all art designs featured with Napp2reality DTF transfer Prints and reserves the right to cancel members license at any time for any reason. No refunds for early cancellations within the month subscription. When you cancel your subscription, it will be processed for the follow month as your subscription is monthly.

Reshipment

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Sending your item back does not guarantee you will get a refund for item you ship back. If your package is undeliverable due to wrong address or unattempted pick up, you will need to pay for re shipment. if you would like Napp2realty to resend your parcel, the following return reasons incur a reshipping fee :

• Unknown reason/Refused or Rejected-custom tax, import tax, or extra fees not settled by recipient;

• Insufficient/Incorrect Address-recipient incorrectly input a wrong address;

• Unclaimed-Parcels left in local custom and/or post office and wasn't claimed during allotted time;

• Item sent back due to negligence of reading Napp2reality's policy.

Napp2reality has the right to refuse any costumer for any reason.
