Allow 3-8 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. All home décor items take up to two(2)-three(3) weeks for shipping. We have different fulfillment centers in the USA and aboard. You have 24hr. after your order has been paid to cancel. No exchanges or refunds permitted except for damaged or defective items. Napp2reality is responsible for the package until it reaches the buyer--until the tracking states “Delivered” or “Notice Left”. Complaints about defective or damage items will be handled through email only and not through social media. We at Napp2reality want your shopping experience to be a great one on our website, however you may have some questions that may arise about your order you feel you need to email about. Sizing and Color
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to change the sizing and the color of your item. Once your item is picked, pulled, and printed the size and color cannot be changed. Please refer to size chart for accurate measurements.
All items are custom made to order and are non-cancelable, non-returnable & non-refundable. Our refund policy is all sales final on Apparel, Handbags, Home Decor & Shoes. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period with these items. If you order shoes, you have 48 hours to make corrections for shoe size because they are custom made to your size. We do not offer refunds for refusing merchandise once it has shipped.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email with order number and photo of damaged item to within 24 hours of receiving your package.
When placing your order, it will begin processing. Once your item is made & shipped you will recieve a tracking number by the email you provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received your tracking please check your spam folder in the email you provided at the time of purchase because shipping will be sent to your email guaranteed. You will not be able to recieve a tracking number before the allowed time of shipment. Please be sure to check your address before checking out for we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Incorrect shipping information will result in delays in your order. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Sending your item back does not guarantee you will get a refund for item you ship back. If your package is undeliverable due to wrong address or unattempted pick up, you will need to pay for re shipment. if you would like Napp2realty to resend your parcel, the following return reasons incur a reshipping fee :
Unknown reason/Refused or Rejected-custom tax, import tax, or extra fees not settled by recipient;
Insufficient/Incorrect Address-recipient incorrectly input a wrong address;
Unclaimed-Parcels left in local custom and/or post office and wasn't claimed during allotted time;
Item sent back due to negligence of reading Napp2reality's policy.
Right to refuse Costumer
Napp2reality has the right to refuse any costumer for any reason.
