1. Grant of License
Upon purchase of a Commercial Use License, Napp2Reality grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital artwork for approved commercial purposes, subject to the terms below.
Ownership of the artwork does not transfer. Napp2Reality retains full copyright.
2. Permitted Commercial Uses
You may:
Use the artwork on physical products for sale (e.g., totes, apparel, posters, journals)
Use the artwork in marketing materials promoting your products
Sell finished products incorporating the artwork
Modify colors or sizing as needed for production
✔ Finished products must be significantly altered or incorporated — not sold as standalone art files.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Resell, share, or redistribute the digital files
Sell the artwork as digital downloads, clip art, or templates
Use the artwork in logos, trademarks, or brand identity
Claim the artwork as your own
Use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or stock platforms
Transfer or sublicense the license to another party
4. Production Limits 
This license permits up to 1000 units sold.
For extended or unlimited licensing, contact Napp2Reality for a custom agreement.
5. Credit (Optional)
Artist credit is appreciated but not required, unless otherwise stated.
6. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued.
7. Termination
Any violation of this agreement results in immediate termination of the license and may require removal of products.
